I have read the posts that I know a GM will point me to...
I ran Norton with current upgrade, nothing but the normal cookies...
I have not bought gold, characters or anything else.
I don't share my account.
I have not gotten or answered any e-mails.
I have not given my password out.
A couple of days before the attack I did have problems logging on, error message about running out of memory, called tech support, they helped me fix the problems. They had me delete some files in WOW then I logged on fine.
Any insight?
(After 4 days I finally got on the phone with billing! Now Ive been on hold for 42 minutes and counting...)
