If that is not possible, could we see the vendor being allowed for either faction no matter who has control. Bare minimum this allows for some factions and players who can only play at peak times and never see the vendor at least have a chance at some of the equipment and enchants. Also allows for us to use some of our built up Stone Keeper Shards and improve our side so we have a better shot at winning.
