Mal'Ganis server has unacceptable que times

So you just ignored my last post and moved it to the completely useless suggestions forums so I am making my new thread more direct.

Mal'Ganis server que times are completly unacceptable. Its been over an hour que for the last few weeks and that is just completely unacceptable. I am paying you every month to play a game , not to sit and wait for an hour before playing. FIX THIS NOW! This is not a suggestion. I REPEAT....THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION!!! This is a customer service complaint. The wait time on Mal'Ganis server is unacceptable. FIX THIS NOW. I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION. FIX THIS NOW!

Do you understand yet?? I am not making any suggestions, I am telling you to fix this problem because your customers are unhappy. You should have never let it get this bad but you have, and it's completely unacceptable. I am not paying you every month so I can sit and stare waiting in line. I dont have time to wait an hour before playing each day. FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW!

If you move this to the suggestions forums I will just make a new post. I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION, THIS IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT! The mal'ganis server 's que times are completely unacceptable. We are not paying you to sit and wait in line, we are paying you to play a game. FIX THIS NOW!

No, Tarnix, we did not ignore your previous post. We move it to the appropriate forum. This CS forum is moderated by members of the In-Game Support staff and are unable to assist with such requests.

Our Developers and Community Managers review the Suggestion forums continually and it is there that they will be able to see your request for Free Character Moves.

Now I won't be so rude as to ask you if you understand what I am saying. It is my hope that you now understand why your post was originally moved and why those of us who moderate this forum are unable to assist with your request.
