Russian language pack on English WoW

Hello, I live in America and my WoW version is American.
Recently I found that there is a Russian language pack that blizzard offers to be installed (I speak Russian). I downloaded it and pressed install but it said "Ð’Ñ‹ Ð½Ðµ Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÑ‚Ðµ ÑƒÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚ÑŒ ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‚ ÑÐ·Ñ‹ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ Ð¿Ð°ÐºÐµÑ‚." (trans: You cannot install this language pack).

I don't see why not, on the blizzard site it looks like you can http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/faq/elp.html

can anyone help me install this?

Hello Shinitai,

The only language packs that are compatible with the North American version of the game are English and Spanish. Unfortunately, the Russian Language version only works on the European version of the game.

If you'll notice, the site you linked is the EU site.
