Our new design for Cataclysm bosses is they will all stand in one place, not require any movement, not summon in adds, and not buff or debuff anyone. Then we can guarantee that dps will be identical for every skilled player on every boss. I hope the fights are still fun though. :(
Wow.. Rogues are head and shoulders above all the classes, and every blind monkey can see this, in thousands guilds all across the world, yet GC comes in with some bleating nonsense about fight mechanics? O.o
Are you seriously not aware that rogues are currently doing 20-30% more than next highest melee not to mention casters? And fight mechanics has nothing to bo about it! It's just the sick raw power that you gave to the class, with some skill you can apply it to any fight!
Do you honestly think that some pathetic penalty they have for switching targets would justify the gap? Let me remind you there are classes that suffer 10 times more brutal penalty from switching targets, just as well as zero cleave abilities yet cant even dream of that kind of damage (feral).
Wow i have no words.. Rogues have been destroying the meters for a couple months now and NOT A SINGLE WORD FROM BLUE? You have hotfixed a lot stuff much less broken thatn this. But, cmon, not EVEN A WORD? Except bleating excuses and sarcasm?
Guess we have Sunwell-2 all over again folks.. This game does not change itself, it just changes the bait. There is always a switch at the end. Now you shall feel yourself a second hand citizen again. Wait, why do i even bother doing ICC?
PS: Combat is overpowered as well. Not as disgustingly as mutilate but still. Whatever you did to poisons, it was a shortsighted move, you've basically pissed off all the dps community, and you don't even think there is something wrong with that?
