Buff Black Bruise please

Its seriously terrible and with the proc on it, ugh. Its currently our only MH option in all of ICC except, I'm hoping, Arthas. Enh shamans are completely out of luck with weapons and with every single axe now being 1.6 speed they are completely unusable.

Not a lot more to say. Currently I'm fairly certain its a sidegrade at best to the 10 ICC weapon out of Gunship, which has ARP on it, making it fairly bad for Enh as is. Please don't ignore us. Its really not too much to ask with other Procs already being buffed and especially with the 6% overall damage increase that is Bryntoll.

We are continuing to keep an eye on all the new weapon procs so data/information on how the weapon is working since this change is appreciated.
