The plate belt malevolent girdle http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50987#comments is well under item budget and is around ilvl 245. It has approximately the same budget as bloodbath girdle from jarraxus and when compared to the other 264 belt coldwraith links, it comes up well short.

Please give this belt the stats it deserves.

Yes, it's a bug. We will get it fixed.
