As a few players have already mentioned, we do not currently delete character or account information regardless of how long it may be canceled or inactive for, Clanos.
You may reactivate your account at any time via the Account Management page, or over the phone with our Billing and Account Services department. Additionally, I suggest that you change the password for your account as soon as possible for security reasons.
