If an Authenticator has been attached to your account without your permission, likely this means the account has been compromised. Often, malicious third parties will attach Authenticators to compromised accounts in order to prolong the amount of time they have access to them. I’d recommend reviewing the following thread concerning Account Compromises, particularly this section:

6.3 An Authenticator Was Added to My Account!
In some circumstances, malicious parties may add an Authenticator to an account to prevent access to anyone who does not posses the Authenticator. Please contact our Billing and Account Service Department to have the Authenticator removed from the account. Our Billing Representatives can be reached via phone using one of the following numbers:

Our Computer Security Recommendations thread contains a wealth of information on how to help identify, remove, and protect yourself against these malicious programs.

This will allow the receiving Game Master to queue your account for investigation and potential restoration. In the mean time, you may consider attaching an Authenticator of your own to the account, as this can help prevent future compromise by adding an extra layer of security to your Battle.net Account.
