This DPS forum is the most unproductive place on this web site. All I see are people yelling for NERF’s or buffs and maybe once in a blue moon I will see some thing relevant being discussed before some troll comes on and derails the conversation. You try crap like this on the Elitist Jerks web site they will bend you over and make you squeal.

The worst part is now the blues are paying more attention to some of you knuckle heads and not the people in the classes that need help. I miss the days when I can ask a simple question like how does haste work with Ret and have a dev come on and answer the question if the folks who posted before couldn’t.

Because of the circus you have made this forum into we even have more bad players in this game than ever before and you wonder why GC and company have to nerf the ICC fights or have to rework stats to make them easier for the laymen to comprehend. Maybe instead of being such ass hats you can be helpful for once and look out for your fellow player or class member. If you don’t this game will be on easy mode..

But we all know nothing will ever change..

Q u o t e:
-I don't ever remember this forum being used for learning about how stats affect a class (haste with ret was the example you used). That's something that would be better found on the class forums.

Yes. I don't remember many blue posters answering these type of questions in the past anyway. It happened / happens once in awhile. Now helpful players may answer.

The role forums are specifically for discussing class mechanics and balance. If you are interested in how haste works with Ret, then the paladin forum might be a good place for it. It would probably be fine in this forum too. But in this forum you're also going to see a lot of arguments about whether haste is good enough for paladins or whether haste makes paladins overpowered or whatever. When players have to have their assumptions and assertions challenged, which is kind of the point of a shared class forum like this, arguments are going to get a little heated. That's cool. We try and step in when players lose their temper or whatever.

If someone cries buff or nerf and you think they're out of line, then explain why. If the totality of their argument is just "well they just are" then ignore them and move on.
