Are these legal at all? cause i get bored of playing my main and want to play another class, usaully i just go to PTR and play there but seeing there hasnt been one and there wont be 1 for a very long time, i wanted to know if private sever are allowed ( no i dont own 1 or plan on owning one asking if i can use a public one)
