Arthas Realm Lag (2pm Server Time)

For the past 10-15 minutes the Arthas realm has been experiencing UNBEARABLE lag... I was stuck in casting for roughly 1 to 2 minutes, then ALT-F4'd my game... now i'm stuck at the loading screen to zone in..


Soooooooooo yeah... Any help here?
