"Cannot log in until Character update....

Getting this each time I try and log onto my main. I have not recently attempted any transactions. Is there any way to fix this?

This message is actually regarding a transaction you did with this character several months ago, Dèscíplè. It appears there may have been an issue with payment for a previous Faction Change. An e-mail was sent to your registered address with the full details and information on how to resolve the matter. This occurred on January 5th, and that is when the e-mail was sent out so you may want to go look back through e-mails on that day to find the information. If you are unable to recover the letter, I can have another copy sent out for you so this can be remedied as quickly as possible.
