Two blue posts telling me different things

One tells me only Gladiator title is unavailable from 2v2 bracket, the other tells me all titles are unavailable from 2v2 bracket.
Which is true?

Blue, if you are reading this - Please don't send it to PvP forum. I do not get the answer I seek over there, and I'm sure you know it as well, blues never post on PvP forum.
Season is less than two weeks away and no blues care to give PvPers clear answer.
Please, so many PvP players want, and deserve a clear answer.

Never is an unfortunate choice of words, Gerino, as that is wholly incorrect.

Not only are there are number of stickied threads created by our Community Managers but they have also posted many times in the PvP Discussion forum. If you mean recently, not counting the end of season 7 sticky, then you are correct. Our Community Managers are not generally here to answer questions but to gather feedback to bring to the Developers or to pass on information.

Technically, Gerino, my statement says "should" which indicates that I could be mistaken. Bornakk may have chosen to name Gladiator specifically but meant all 2v2 titles or he could have meant that only Gladiator wasn't available.

I can look into this to see if I can get clarification though it may be several days before I receive news.

For clarification: Those who participate in 2v2 Arena Matches will not be eligible for any title rewards from that bracket. This means that Rival, Duelist, etc... may only be obtained if you qualify on a 3v3 or 5v5 Arena Team.

A very straight forward response was given within the second blue post in this very thread. In this post, Vrakthris said the following:

Titles will not be awarded for 2v2 Arena Matches. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the arena system, I encourage you to take them to the PvP Forum. If you have a suggestion, the Suggestions Forum would be most appropriate.
