Hacked.(authenticator added)(Have questions)

So today,I tried to login and it said a authenticator had been added too my account,and asked me for a generated code,I've never had a authenticator,so yeah.
Would I need too contact blizzard via email support or phone?
Thanks alot.

If there is any way you can call on this, I'd still recommend a call to Billing, Saeiyr. That is far more expedient in the case of an added authenticator.

Really nothing can be done until that unauthorized authenticator is removed, you won't have access to Account Management or the game.

I'd also highly recommend considering adding one of your own - you've already seen firsthand how it keeps someone without it - out :)

It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will keep anyone else out of your WoW account. Not to mention core hounds make adorable pets!

Well, that sounds good Trisara - except the mobile version is basically limitless.

This really is just a substitute of their old habit of changing the email address, really doesn't add much more complexity to this than that did.
