Post OC loot buff --> people still dropping

On the first night of "improved loot," I was thrown into Oculus MULTIPLE times, as if the game was purposely putting me there. Needless to say, in the 5 times I got it, there were 0 completes. Most people (yes most) dropped upon entry while others hobbled to the end boss and could not down him.

Honestly, that is the best way to handle this annoying dungeon --> dump out, eat debuff, requeue, get badges elsewhere. I noticed no amount of candy thrown at people will make them want to finish this dungeon.

I really don't know what advice I can give to Blizz to entice people to stay. Also...rare gems in the JC bag drop? Seriously? Rare?

A lot of people may not know about the changes. Only a small percentage of the people who play the game read the forums.

When I ran the dungeon yesterday, nobody dropped but I found out at the end of the dungeon nobody knew about the new loot. We got through it relatively fast and I just made sure to tell everybody to individually loot the chest to get their bag and they were all really happy with the extra rewards.

Well aren't you a lucky bugger, I still haven't gottten a group to finish occ.

Are you talking about groups that drop right away or that you made progress in the dungeon but gave up after a few wipes? Any group I've been in that has started on the dungeon has completed it. Sure there could be a bad group here or there, it happens, but for the most part it's pretty quick and easy.
