The form itself needs to be printed out so it can be signed. Once you have the image reestablished in your computer signed you can send it in as any number of documents like a jpeg, pdf, etc. The thing you want to be careful of is file size. When only sending in a form and an id you should easily avoid going over a few megabytes, but if you made it a super duper high def version that could easily except 3-5 megabytes. (which is not necessary, :) only legibility is)

Attach both the form and a picture or copy of id and e-mail in!

Ok, do i send the id in as a seperate attachment or just somewhere on the form itself?

You do not want to obscure the form itself at all, if the image file is big enough to fit both, that is fine. If you would rather send them as separate attachments in the same e-mail, that is fine too :) As long as the form and the id are legible we are pretty accommodating ;-)

Thanks Mr.Mailbox man
XD I filled out all the parts I can my dad is gunna do all the stuff he has to XD, also the form requires my World of Warcraft Account name, is this my email now? because I merged my account...

Uh oh, looks like there may be some confusion. This depends on what is going on. Do you already have a Battle.net account that your World of Warcraft account is on? If so, you fill out the Battle.net account Terms of Use form. If you only have a World of Warcraft account and it has not been merged ever, you would use the World of Warcraft account Terms of Use form.
