Blackwater Raiders is Down

That's part and parcel of the investigation process, Altffour. I've no specific information to provide at this time, though.

Now, that said, as these issues have occurred over a period of time, our technicians are also working to develop a more long-term resolution. The more immediate goal, however, is to ensure that you all can get back into the game.

Our Technicians are working on the matter, unfortunately in order to see if adjustments made resolves the issue that the realm is experiencing it is sometimes necessary to bring the realm back online.

I hope to have an update soon, folks. I will let you know as soon as I do.

Technically speaking, Jahrdrung, subscriptions cover access to the account. Not a specific realm or character. That doesn't mean that we are not doing everything we can to resolve this issues.

The Game Master department does not make the determination regarding compensation of any kind. If you believe compensation for the issues Blackwater Raiders has been experiencing is necessary you'll want to post on the Suggestion forum. That forum is reviewed by those who can make that determination.

Please note that there is a realm in the Service Status forum and updates will be made there as soon as something is known.

No, Altffour, I really can not. I'm not a Technicians, I am not working on this issue at all. I am part of the Game Master department and simply passing on what information I can when it is provided to me.

As stated in the Service Status post, this was actually expected as additional adjustments needed to be made.
