The Authenticator has already been removed for you once, but it appears the person simply got back in to your account and re-added it. At this point I must stress the importance of computer security to help prevent repeat performances of things you did not enjoy the first time.

Please make sure your computer is secure. Once you are confident everything is clear, e-mail password changed, computer humming along, please let me know. I will have your password reset and attempt to remove the malicious authenticator again for you.

Yes they had removed the authenticator as i had gone out for the day, and the hacker had the time to make another authenticator code,i was stupid enough to fall for one of those fake emails, i am sure that is how they got access to my account in the first place, if you are able to remove the authenticator now. i will do everything so the hacker will not get back in.
Thaanks so much.

Could I get a bit of clarification? Have you secured your computer? I was asking you to, and your response seems to indicate you will... after I remove the authenticator. The point is to make sure you are safe first, so when I give it back, you do not lose it again. I think I just read this wrong. Have you secured your computer?

Yes i have secured it i have scanned my computer multiple times and i have found nothing, the reason it was hacked is because i have been stupid enough to fall for one of those fake emails, once the authenticator is off i will have access to my account and will be able to change password and email, i will also be getting my own authenticator

Alright, I have gone ahead and reset the password to your registered e-mail address and removed the malicious authenticator. You should have access restored within a few moments.

Thankyou, so if you have reset my password, how do i change it????

The reset e-mail went to your registered e-mail address. So you reset it when you get that e-mail.
