I am sorry to hear you have not been able to get into the phone queue, Missjenny. If you e-mailed in from the registered e-mail address a Billing representative would be able to get back to you with information about your accounts attached to it and possibly help you out.
The e-mail registered to your posting account does not appear to be on any other account though, and I do not see any e-mails to Billing asking for information from this address. Do you have an old e-mail that was on the World of Warcraft account you used to contact Billing? If so, that was the proper course of action and they should respond to you soon with information. If you wish to speak with a live representative over the phone though, I could only recommend trying back periodically to get a hold of a representative to investigate and find your old account for you.
