How does one go about reporting ongoing harrassment from another player? We've tried using the "Talk to a GM" feature in-game, but the abuse continues. Please advise.

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

After a brief review of your petition history Sativah, I do not see any reports regarding ongoing harassment in the past few months. In fact, the last petition from this account was made in November 2009, concerning an unrelated matter entirely. Were the petitions made from another account?

If the harassment is indeed ongoing and using the ignore feature does not work please do create an in-game petition detailing the situation, being sure to include the name and realm of the player, nature of the offense, and relative timeframe. In addition, if they are bypassing ignore or continually harassing you, note this in the ticket.

Regarding any harassment done via a third-party program such as a VoIP client or other out-of-game chat medium, we will be unable to investigate or assist with these issues, as they fall outside of the scope of the Game Masters.

Any time you feel harassed by another player, or feel someone is acting inappropriately in the game, create a petition from your account or send an email to [email protected] as you may not always be able to rely on the petitions of others to address an issue concerning your character. All such reports are investigated fully and the appropriate actions taken.
