Sculpture in front of Grommash Hold

I never noticed until today a statue/sculpture of wood and bone that resembles a magnataur, located in front of Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar.

Does this have any special meaning? Is it some beast they had to slay before claiming that land? I know the statues in SW all have meanings, so I thought this one might.

While others have been providing answers, I think there is a plaque to read at the base of it (been awhile since I looked). Either way, it's a reminder of the orcs' past and specifically relates to a special event from Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos.
