Acidic blood from festergut and rotface

The blood was accidentally looted in our raid, will this item be able to be transferred by a gm. We have a ticket in but seeing as tickets tend to take 3 days was curious what the policy is on the blood.

I'm unable to provide any form of guarantee that such an item transfer will occur, Slaire, but the transfer itself is possible. If all the appropriate conditions are met, we'll be happy to assist.

Now, if the current owner of the item did not petition in, go ahead and have him or her do so now. Within his/her petition, have the following information included:

    - Full name of the item
    - Confirmation of which boss it dropped from
    - Date and approximate time (do the best you can) that it dropped
    - Name and realm of the intended recipient
