Faction Change/Realm change - Guild effects?

I'm looking to faction change, then realm change a character that I have created and spent a lot of gold and time to get ready to twink, I've started my own guild for my characters and bought 2 guild tabs, which I believe is 350 gold. My main question is, If I switch the guild leader's faction and then realm, what happens to the guild? Does it come with him? Does it pass on to another one of my characters? And what with all the stuff in the guild bank, I obviously cant carry two tabs on one character, and I don't want to pay to transfer 4-5. I'm hoping for an official answer because I want to do this very soon please. <3333

You need to transfer leadership first. I'm pretty sure the system won't even let you attempt that sort of transaction if you have guild leadership.

If that is your wish, yes. The guild will not go with you.
