Trying to renew account- won't work

I need to log in with a blizzard authenticator.. and I never purchased one. Is this a common problem? Did my account get hacked? I've been playing for about 4 years now and this hasn't happened ever.

I also tried calling the customer service line but wasn't going to wait for 45 minutes to talk to someone

edit. this also happens when i log into game.

I can verify the authenticator was added maliciously so I went ahead and removed it. If someone was able to gain access to your account, you may wish to take security steps to help avoid this in the future. The Account Compromise Info Center sticky thread is a good place to start for info on securing your computer and what to do in the event of unwanted access to your account. Feel free to read up and take action :)
