Our crimson halls in 10 man is not unlocking. Kind of stupid to wait two weeks for a wing to unlock and then have it not unlock.

How about an actual time estimate instead of a response that could mean hours or days or weeks.

You may need to perform a soft reset for the changes to take affect.

To perform a soft reset, follow these steps:

-Have the entire party/raid exit the instance.
(Please note that players who remain inside the instance, even those who are logged out, will prevent this workaround from functioning as it should)
-Wait at least 30 minutes while every raid member remains outside of the instance.
-Re-enter the instance only after 30 minutes have elapsed.

When you re-enter the instance after completing the soft reset, all scripted events that your raid has not yet completed should now be reset and you should be able to continue raiding where you left off.

The new list consists of the following realms:

Auchindoun
Dark Iron
Emerald Dream
Maelstrom
Nazjatar
Ursin
Velen

Q u o t e:

We're only showing 10/10 Professor attempts after the fix went in. :(

If you used up all 10 attempts before the resolution and soft reset it may not update automatically. Please have the Raid Leader submit an in-game petition, including the Raid ID number and the issue will be looked into.

As long as you don't use all 10 the soft reset should properly adjust the total once we have resolved the Crimson Halls issue for the realm.

Q u o t e:
I think their point was that they are supposed to have 15 attempts? Dunno if that is the case, though.

I understood their point. :) They are supposed to have 15 attempts and they currently have 10.

If all 10 are used while it registers as X/10 attempts then they will need to submit an in-game petition to have that looked into and possibly adjusted.

If they have used less than 10/10 and the realm has had the Crimson Halls issue resolved, performing a soft reset should update their display to show X/15. X = whatever number of attempts they are on.
