"ticket will be serviced soon" for 12+ hours

Hello, my escalated ticket has said it would be serviced soon for an extremely long time, I did receive a survey in my email but I'm not sure if that was for the original ticket before it was escalated or whatnot.

In the past when "escalated" changed to "soon" it meant ~0.001 seconds so I'm just wondering if I've been forgotten or if perhaps a GM forgot to push a button, or perhaps a specific GM needed to talk to me (I haven't spoken to one since being escalated), etc, so I'm afraid to close it myself.

If there's any way a blue could let me know what to do I'd appreciate it :) Thanks in advance!
