Altruis The Sufferer Quest Chain Bugged?

I am looping back to get my Nagrand Slam Achievement and I am about 10 quests short. I remember when I was in Nagrand in BC I tried to do the Altruis quest line. However, when I went to fly over the forge camps I was mounted, it didn't work, and my quest disappeared so I could not abandon and try again. Now I cannot get to the subsequent parts of the chain and I am wondering how do I go about being able to get the quest again?

When I open the dialogue with him, I get this:

"This is what I have gathered from the information you collected from the survey.

There are two primary forge camps: Forge Camp: Hate directly west of where we stand and Forge Camp: Fear directly southwest. Each camp has a legion transporter, one forge, and several spell warding towers. Additionally, the camps are guarded by wrathguards manning fel cannons. Lastly each camp has a pit lord overseer.

Right then, this should be no problem at all...

<Altruis laughs>"

There is no option to take the next quest.

How can I get this to reset?
