So I had a friend of mine make Belt of the titans he was going to be nice and put a belt socket in it which soulbinds it to that toon. We both open a ticket asking for the item to be mailed/moved to my toon. The reply I got said its soulbound and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. Now I'm pretty sure if I had went to some random crafter, had him make it, and he proceeds to put a belt buckle on it or even put it on soulbinding it and I open a gm ticket he would be punished and I would get my belt. Why not help someone that suffered from an honest mistake the same you would help someone being scammed?
