I encourage you to submit an in-game petition as soon as possible, Doraemon. Your petition will not only allow us to investigate your guild bank losses, but will also allow us to get a head start on the investigation process for your guildmate. We'll do our absolute best to restore each and every item lost as a result of this issue. We will also take a look into this malicious party's circumvention of the withdrawal limits so that we may address the issue moving forward.
