Ok so here goes. I quit playing December 24th 2008. I just paid and came back to play some battlegrounds... love to pvp. When playing my 19 twink, I was gaining experience prior to even discovering an npc who can stop you from gaining experience. I had a near 6 hour wait time during daytime hours with the buff on. When i would take the exp buff off that the npc puts on I would get in, in a matter of 1-2 minutes. The same goes for my level 60 death knight, running 60-69's bracket for wsg. With exp buff on, unable to play, with it off, I was able to get in, in minutes. I tested this theory a few more times, wasting 20g each time, and it's confirmed. With the exp buff on, I have been unable to enter, with it off, I get in, in no time.

This isn't a bug and is working correctly. When you have EXP disabled, you're only allowed to battle with other people who have EXP disabled... thus, making for longer wait times for a Battleground, or possibly, no battlegrounds at all depending on how many people are on and the people who have selected the option to turn it off as well.

^^ This.

You can play just fine, whether there is anyone about that wishes to play in this style WITH you for a battle to be established - entirely another question.

Regardless, everybody should be able to play together. It was fine when I left in 2008, i come back only days ago and now I can't get into a bg because nobody plays the non exp bg's. Point of twinking is to be a hardcore pvper, spend hundreds and thousands of gold, no point in having a twink when you can't even play.

I am terribly sorry if you can't see that other players aren't as enamored with your pwnage.

I'd recommend you re-read what your fellows have posted above.
