Ordered $1500 of stuff, Blizz wont ship

Hi. I ordered a lot of stuff from the Blizzard store. I later received an email from <removed> stating that the orders were on hold because it was unusual for people to order so many things. He wanted me to confirm that I wanted to order that many things and that it wasn't an accident. I sent him an email back saying yes I do want that many things please ship it, but I have not gotten a response or any confirmation. I have tried to call in the billing and account services line for days but their line is always busy. Please help.

My name is Josh and I'm with Blizzard Entertainment's Billing & Account Services. I'm contacting you today because we've been given some odd information from our warehouse. It appears from the information we have that there have been a total of 53 Battle.net accounts opened up under your information and that orders have been placed for a total of 114 Blizzard Authenticators.

As much as we appreciate good business, this does some quite odd. The orders have all been placed on hold by the warehouse until we can confirm the situation with you.

Were these repeat orders a mistake or did you intend to order 114 of them? We would like to get things squared away as quickly as we can for you, so please respond to this email as soon as time allows. We look forward to hearing from you.
