Why can my priest not queue for heroic HOR?

I can queue for any instance but heroic halls of reflection, and my friend who has significantly less gear can queue for it. Is this bugged? Am I missing something?

We recently increased the gear requirement for heroic Halls of Reflection which is probably the issue. I looked at the profile you mentioned and it appears to be really close to meeting the requirements, it will probably take one more upgrade on one of those blues and you would be all set (disclaimer: no guarantees as I can make mistakes).

Hah! That explains something I saw the other day. I'd run H-HoR on this druid (as healer) and while it was rough we were able to get through it ok. Then yesterday I looked at the list of instances I was locked out of so I could let my guildies know before forming a farm group that H-HoR was locked because suddenly my gear wasn't good enough. Kind of flipped me out because I had, in fact, upgraded a piece since the last time I'd run it.
