Does Billing Ever Answer Their Phone?

So as the title states does billing ever answer their phone? Or will I just keep getting billed without being able to play the game.

Long story short my iPod fell in the pool, and I can't log in and can't get through to Blizzard to remove it from my account. It's bad enough that I can't play with my iPod, but now I'm locked out of playing something on the computer too.

Not a happy customer.
