Blizzard Store unable to process transaction

Hello, i have a very frustrating problem. Recently my account was hacked with a authenticator, i finally was able to get it off, but all my items are still being "investigated" to be restored. Now all i want and need to do is buy an authenticator, but i can't because i keep getting the same error on the blizzard store clicking "place order now". the error is:

"We are unable to process your transaction at this time.
If you continue to receive this error on subsequent attempts, please contact our Billing and Account Services Department at (800) 592-5499 for domestic callers and (949) 955-0283 for international callers. Our Blizzard Store FAQ may also be of assistance."

Now please do not tell me to call billing and payment because they were helpless and couldn't figure it out. i tried different cards (Master and Visa), cleared cache and everything on both IE and Firefox. I am not playing WoW until i get a authenticator since security is a must these days.

If any thoughts please help

Actually, the Billing department would be able to attempt the transaction on their end to see if it will go through; not just advise they don't know why it would not work on the site. The Blizzard Store is currently up and running just fine, with orders being placed, so there may just be a communication issue with the card company or some other fraud check being flagged.

If we are unable to receive authorization for your card to be used when a representative tries over the phone there is not much more that can be done besides attempting another card or requesting you contact your financial institution to verify they do not have any temporary blocks against Blizzard Entertainment or online transactions of this type.
