All my characters but one are gone?

so, I was playing, then the server kicked me, so I log in, get kicked, log in, and get to my character screen... I select who I was playing and it loads, then I get kicked again.

I log back in... my character select only has the last character I was playing.. so I log in... get kicked...

now I have only one realm with one character showing... one I havent played in years... what kind of issue is this?

I see several toons recently deleted.

If YOU didn't do this, someone else has your information and did.

I'd start by changing your password immediately.

Running full security sweeps and getting an authenticator might also be a good idea.

Once you know you have exclusive access, you can petition to have these characters restored. I see gold on them, not a lot - but any tends to indicate something other than a standard malicious compromise.

I am talking about close to the maximum number of toons you can have on one account deleted tonight, within the last hour

they do not show up on my login... could there be a server issue?

They been deleted, KestrÃ¬l - someone has access to your account if you were not the one to do this.

Getting booted would have been when the other party logged in.

and what benefit would there be to a hacker even to delete all the characters?

Anyone else know your information, KestrÃ¬l? This is typically more of a disgruntled significant other/roomate/'friend' type of thing.

Please do remember NO ONE but you should know that information - ever.

You could also email [email protected] with the list you need restored - names/realm, etc.

And 10 is the character max limit, so yes - if there are that many, that may prove a complication.
