Why are balance druids being ignored?

It's sad to have to post a thread with such a dramatic subject, but unfortunately it seems boomkins are being ignored by devs. Warlocks are in a much better position than us, and are getting some attention. Why not us? Don't we pay for our subscription just as they do?

Last time I've seen a blue post about balance druids, it was a nerf trying to fix what was caused by a addon, Eclipse issue. Nice fix, working as intended now, huh?

Boomkins have the worst average damage on ICC bosses, scale poorly with haste and crit (at higher ilevels) and spirit is a waste. We rely on one talent - Eclispe - to proc and let us be on par with other classes, when it doesn't, too bad for you. You gotta move a lot during a boss fight? Well we'll bring you in for another battle rez, innervate the arcane mage when he asks you to, and try to outdamage the pally tank this time.

Only because we got 'other viable specs' it doesnt mean we don't deserve attention. If there's no time to FIX balance, then you shouldn't even try to make it viable, just erase the spec and save us the time and effort of gearing for the worst pve damage dealing spec. But right now, there's not much choice, it has to be fixed.

These are recent threads. I can't find the other one that showed how bad moonkin and elemental damage are atm. Or the one that showed that overall, druids have the worst damage in ICC

Anyone think we might get lucky and get some attention before Cataclysm, while it still matters?

Other usefull links to evaluate the state of druids, not only boomkins (which are probably the responsibles for Druids being this low on the ranks, cause feral damage would increase the average damage).

Keep in mind that we tend to make much smaller adjustments during a minor patch cycle due to the limited amount of testing time we're allotted before applying such patches. For this reason you're not likely to see any major Balance druid changes coming in the next minor patch.

With that being said, one small change we have in the pipeline will double the passive effectiveness of Earth and Moon so that it provides a flat 2/4/6% spell damage increase, up from 1/2/3%. As an obligatory warning, this is subject to change prior to the next minor patch going live.
