Because that isn't something that we'd be able to assist with. The flood of people we would received would be more than our staff could handle. A perfect example is when we were temporarily assisting players with stuck issue, we received so many requests that it was the only thing that we were able to help with.

Such issues are appropriately handled through the Billing department, if Technical Support is able to provide a proxy for that, more power to them.

Now, we were talking about sparkly vampires weren't we?
