We don't require a reason why you are making the request, Cowburger, simply submit a petition, include the name of the quest you received the reward from, give the name of the item you have as well as the name of the item you would like instead.

Though no restoration (i.e. reward swap, refund, etc...) is guaranteed we will certainly look into your request and see if we can help.

It was a response to my actual ticket. I didn't get to speak with the GM as I was offline when he/she replied.

I clicked that I had read the ticket, assuming I would receive another email soon since they said it was being escalated.

I still have yet to hear anything and it's been at least a week.

It looks like there was some confusion, Cowburger, the petition wasn't actually escalated. It seems that your petition was misinterpreted and they believed you were reporting an error in the game. They link they provided in the in-game response actually goes to a post on this forum regarding known issues from patch 3.3. The options you would have been presented were Need More Help, in which case it would submit a secondary petition asking for additional assistance or Message Read, which once you click that button it closes out your issue.

I will look into your previous petition, Cowburger, and see if anything can be done.
