Better yet, as I'm fond of imagining, try the police version.

"Dear Citizen-

It has come to our attention that you may be selling illicit substances out of your residence at 42 Evergreen Terrace. If this is the case, please vacate your residence this coming Friday no later than 8:00 am. We will be investigating your house thoroughly. Please be sure to leave the door unlocked and any alarm system deactivated. To prove your identity, we will require your wallet and ATM PIN to be left on the kitchen counter, along with a list of what electronics and valuables are located in the home and where.

Our investigation will take most of the day. Please do not return to your house until at least five pm that day. Disregard any telephone calls from your neighbors or financial institutions during this time. Failure to comply with this direction could result in your arrest and incarceration.

Sincerely,
The Real No Fooling Police, Honest"

I award you One(1) Internet.

This is a remarkably apt description of how many of these phishing emails work, though obviously some are more subtle or crafty. You can find other examples of such emails here:

Q u o t e:
I am trying to find a nice DOS / spam bot (not easy, as you might imagine, who would want to advertise their illegal wares?) to spam the crap out of them clogging up their databases with logins like "screwyou" with password "andthehorseyourodeinon" as often as possible. Ideally, the spam bot would need to randomly generate logins and passwords to force their minimum wage workers to try each one (until Blizzard realizes they are hackers and locks their IP address?)... But I haven't found one yet.

If you want to join me in spamming the current phisherman, here is the address:

<removed ~ Let's not even inadvertently lead others to a malicious site, please>

Kinda (but not really) subtle.

Clog them up.

While I appreciate your civic-minded intent, it's better to simply report malicious links directly to hacks@blizzard.com via email and our staff will investigate and deal with them appropriately =).
