Battleground Queue Unavailable

Queue up for a battleground have to hit join first available because there are no specific bg's showing. Toon is only 29 so WSG and AB the only options. Mousing to the minimap shows "average wait time: Unavailable" 1 hour later still in queue "average wait time: Unavailable" This happens mostly late nights although sometimes during the day as well. Is this a bug or is just no one doing battlegrounds in all the realms?

Would that level 29 toon be experienced stopped, Rax?

If so, that's most likely the issue - just no one experience stopped in that level range signed up - no battles to join at that time.
