You could always suggest some sort of in-game "thank you" card and other uplifting methods by which players can reward players on different realms for positive experiences, though. :)

The lettuce wasn’t frozen, it was Iceberg…. And I’ve told you before Iceberg lettuce is no good for a turtle, Aredek! No nutritional value to it. I'll stick to the strawberry, black berry, cherry bowl I have in front of me.... I just wish that Vrak would help me peel this darn banana. :0/

That's an odd response, Jaelythe, I'll check it out. Even if the timer expires on the egg it shouldn't simply disappear. I'll see if I can verify purchase of the item and track what happened to it from there. It is possible that the item wasn't purchased I suppose. I'll let you know.
As for the other, if you accidentally sold something and would like it restored, submit a petition. :)

You logged out of that character 34 seconds later, I don't see a purchase of the Mysterious Egg. It doesn't look like you made the purchase after you logged back in 3 and a half hours later either, the only purchase that I see for several hours is the Cold Weather Flying book.
I can keep looking if you like dear but I ran the search from the first to the third GMT.

Alright, another look shows very little activity for the Jae on Icecrown. The Shadowsong Jae is the one that recently received the White Tickbird Hatchling and it seems you didn't have it on that character so you learned it.
