Recruit A Friend ... No Mount?

Hello!

Today I recruited my Chef into the World of Warcraft. He purchased WoW, Burning Crusade, and Wrath of the Litch King. He obtained the free ten day pass from my recruit a friend forum I sent to his e-mail. He also purchased three months of gametime with his credit card. On the website where I obtain my gifts and promotional items, it says that I have obtained a mount and whatnot, although there is nothing listed under "My Rewards" tab. I'm lost at this point and not sure what to do. No one has e-mailed me concerning the matter either.

I thank you in advance for any help pertaining to this matter that you can help me with.

Please note that when a new account is created/upgraded from a trial status, it automatically receives a free 30 days of game time.

While it appears that your friend has indeed signed up for a 3 month recurring subscription, he will not actually be billed for his first subscription period until after the free 30 days that came with the upgrade has completely ended.
