WoW Account Restoration Care Package

I read about something on a "Account Restoration Care Package" on wow incgamers which is a much quicker alternative than waiting for a full restoration,but they didn't says what was in said package, I heard someone say it was your soulbound items and 2500g and another said it was 2500 gold 2 emblems or frost and 10 emblems of triumph for every day the person has had to wait. But I would like a blizz rep to confirm this for me and if I have already put in a petition and has been forwarded to investigation if I could just take the care package instead if I find out what is in this package and if it is good enough for me.

Normally those aren't offered if there is guild bank involvement given the much more complex nature and likely value of things involved.

When it's offered - it's based in part on number of 80's - yes. That's if it's offered in a specific case, not all of them are going to be eligible for the offer. If your are, you'll get an email.
