I went to americanexpress.com to verify the balance and it is correct.
I try to faction change a character and it says the info is wrong when it isnt. There is no name on the card. Or area code just a number/verification code. I even typed the name used to buy it.
I tried to call billing but i have to try back later cause the QUE is so long. Can i get some help please.
i bought the card on thursday of last week.
