I have been running into a few people that can not speak english.

Or is this expected?

If its expected, is there anything that is being worked on so language barriers arent crossed as much?

If not, Should we be reporting this each time that this happens?

And I though running into a Social Horde was bad.....

I have no issue with people that do not speak English. What I have issues with is trying to communicate with them. There have been issues where this was needed.

"But instances are so easy!"

They are, unless you are playing with new players not with good gear, and have to use the groups full ability, to CC.... or worse... Explain a fight.

Thats why I believed there was a problem. Im from a server that speaks English. Some speak diffrent languages, but they still speak English.

I figured there were other servers out there to like mine.

I figured Blizzard would only group servers with the same language.

The Dungeon Finder tool will allow you to group with players of all different backgrounds and nationalities. Accordingly, there's definitely a chance that you will be grouped with players who do not necessarily speak English. In fact, we support both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers in this region, so there's a definite possibility that you may encounter a player speaking another language. While other languages are not directly supported by our staff, players are more than welcome to speak the language they feel most comfortable with.

When the Dungeon Finder was launched, players on Latin American realms were set to queue only with players also on Latin American realm. We quickly found that this resulted in much higher wait times, and have just recently removed these restrictions. Accordingly, I do not expect to see further segregation by language within this region; however, this not to say it's impossible. Should you feel passionately about one over the other, I recommend posting your suggestions on the Suggestion Forum.
