Ude Loot card claim feature broken

When attempting to claim a UDE loot card code off the http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html web link the option for realm and region is broken and unable to select the proper fields which I dont know if this would effect claiming a loot card code or not. In the past you where required to select the correct realm and region before you could claim the code. Is this a issue with the website or is it something on my end preventing these pull down menu's from loading properly.
