Undable to select Realm/Region to Redeem GC

I am unable to run through the game card redemption program. I have used it on 3 different computers, cleared cookies and cache on them. Used both Safari and Firefox. I am unable to select any of the pulldown menus to start the process. Can you help??

By "game card redemption program," Koranna, are you referring to the Promotion Code Retrieval page, linked below? If so, our web admins and developers have been informed of issues with the dropdown menus in question, in hopes that their research may result in a more permanent resolution; although further updates may not be available until after the weekend, we shall keep you apprised of any developments.
