Ironforge Airport - Blue Tracker

Any chance this will be opened up soon? It looks like there is supposed to be a tunnel directly to ironforge from it, but it's blocked off.

Could this possibly be the way we get to Northrend?

... no.

It's just a bit of visual candy while you're on a flight path. Of course when the engineers get their flying machines come 2.3 you could set up your own little runway if you want.
