Sunwell Last Gate / Kil'jaeden Issue

I was told to repost this in customer service:

We are now sitting in front of the final gate in Sunwell, before Kil'Jaeden, one which opened across all US servers over a year and a half ago. The NPC in Shat reports the gate still as closed, so there is something wrong here.

We cleared in the instance up to and including Muru, but the passage to KJ is still locked. I've been told this issue has been reported, but I was unable to find a thread regarding it.

Our raid ID is 13975888, and the raid was based out of the Exodar server. If there is anyway that the gate can be unlocked, or if there is any update on the status of the fix for this bug, please let us know.

It looks like this has been resolved, Zomg. If anyone is in the instance currently you'll need to have everyone zone out for at least 30 minutes, though.

Let me know if you encounter any other difficulties. :)

Winterhoof and Dark Iron should both be down now. If you happened to recently be in the instance, a soft reset may be necessary to see the change.
